Bio: Angela Subbs Prioleau is a resident of Orlando, Florida and proud graduate of Florida A&M University. She is mission-driven public sector leader with more than 25 years of experience advancing community economic development and over a decade in federal executive leadership. Ms. Prioleau work spans United States Department of Agriculture Rural Development, Housing and Urban Development and local government, where she has led federal business operations, human resources and multimillion-dollar portfolios focused on infrastructure investment, federal funding administration, and community revitalization; particularly in underserved and rural regions. Ms. Prioleau’s leadership includes managing large, geographically dispersed teams, strengthening human resources operations, and driving government modernization. She is a subject matter expert in government transformation, stakeholder engagement, and public-sector leadership development. Ms. Prioleau completed the Senior Executive Services Certification in June 2025, and is passionate about equipping public servants to lead with integrity, clarity, and purpose.
