Bio: Cari Warnock, M.Ed., is an education strategist, consultant, speaker, and Founder of CBW K12 Advisors, where she helps schools, education organizations, and EdTech companies strengthen strategy, build meaningful partnerships, secure and manage funding, and create programs that improve outcomes for students and educators. With more than three decades of experience across K–12 education, educational technology, grant leadership, business development, and systems change, Cari brings a distinctive ability to connect the needs of schools with the people, resources, and solutions that can move them forward. Her career includes senior education and partnership roles with CDW, Dell Technologies, and IXL Learning, as well as extensive public-school leadership experience. As Director of Magnet Schools for Metro Nashville Public Schools, she led a $15 million federal Magnet Schools Assistance Program initiative supporting five STEAM schools, managing complex compliance, staffing, program development, and systemic reform efforts. Earlier, during more than two decades with Brevard Public Schools, Cari led federal, state, and local grant initiatives, managed multi-year programs and evaluation processes, and helped generate significant funding for STEAM and student opportunity programs. Known as a connector, change agent, and passionate education advocate, Cari brings together strategy, relationships, and practical execution to help organizations expand opportunity, strengthen leadership, and create sustainable impact for students and communities.
