Bio: Debra Crombie is a leadership development and talent management expert who helps organizations strengthen performance by aligning leadership capability, talent strategy, and business goals. With more than 25 years of experience spanning executive talent development, HR business partnership, and organizational effectiveness, she partners with senior leaders to design practical frameworks that improve leadership performance, succession readiness, and overall business results. As Founder of Sterling Training Group, Deb collaborates with organizations to identify talent gaps and implement solutions in leadership development, performance management, change management, and succession planning. Prior to launching her consulting practice, she served as Vice President of Talent Development at Bluegreen Vacations, where she led enterprise-wide learning strategy, leadership development programs, and talent planning initiatives for a global, matrixed organization. Her earlier leadership roles include Director of HR Business Partner and Learning & Development at World Travel Holdings, where she helped redesign training, performance management, and leadership development systems to support organizational growth. Deb is certified in Emergenetics®, Everything DiSC®, and Predictive Index®, and is known for helping leaders translate talent strategy into measurable business impact.
