Bio: Dr. Andrew H. Campbell is a global leadership educator, executive coach, and conflict resolution expert who helps organizations strengthen culture, develop leaders, and navigate complex organizational challenges. He serves as Executive Director of the Global Leadership Education and Training Institute and Director of the International Peace and Leadership Institute, where he designs and delivers leadership development and executive education programs for international, national, and non-governmental organizations. During his career as a senior military officer with the U.S. Department of Defense, Dr. Campbell specialized in organizational transformation, strategic planning and execution, crisis leadership, and national strategies for leadership and learning development for senior leaders. Today, he works with organizations to build leadership capability, improve decision-making, and address conflict through practical frameworks including his P.A.C.T. Conflict Resolution Framework™. Dr. Campbell has served as adjunct faculty with institutions including Yale University, the Air Force Global Center for Professional Military Education, Norwich University, and the U.S. Office of Personnel Management’s Federal Executive Institute. A recognized national and international speaker, he teaches on topics including character-based leadership, NeuroLeadership, leading change, toxic leadership, and organizational conflict resolution. His TEDx talk, “Navigating Toxic Organizations: Healing Through Forgiveness,” highlights how forgiveness and reconciliation can help leaders transform unhealthy workplace cultures and restore trust. He is widely published in national and international journals and is the author of several books including Business to Diplomacy: The Complexity of Leadership (2024), Chaos is a Gift: Leading Oneself in Uncertain and Complex Environments (2020), and Peace Leadership: Self-Transformation toward Peace (2019). Dr. Campbell is a Global Goodwill Ambassador and was inducted into the 2024 Marquis Who’s Who of America.
