Bio: Erik Millman is a seasoned corporate training and leadership development professional known for elevating onboarding experiences, building high-performing teams, and strengthening workplace culture through consistency, integrity, and contagious enthusiasm. With more than 15 years of experience across healthcare, government, and hospitality—including a decade at Holiday Inn Club Vacations and progressive leadership roles at AdventHealth—he has designed and delivered large-scale learning initiatives that support tens of thousands of employees across multiple campuses and care sites. Erik currently serves as an Academy Instructor with the Massachusetts Office of the Inspector General, where he facilitates practical, high-impact training for public-sector professionals. Throughout his career, he has brought a joyful, people-first presence rooted in clarity, stewardship, and helping others succeed.
