With more than a decade of experience in leadership development, talent management and organizational development, she has designed and delivered enterprise leadership programs across corporate, higher education, and service-based organizations. Melissa previously served as Director of Leadership Development at ABM Industries, where she led company-wide leadership initiatives, coached senior leaders using 360 feedback and psychometric assessments, and partnered with HR and business leaders to create development strategies that improved engagement, retention, and performance. Prior to ABM, she held leadership development and talent management roles with Hertz and the University of Houston system, where she built global leadership programs, implemented talent and succession frameworks, and delivered coaching and training for leaders at all levels.
