Welcome to the website of the National Academy of Leadership Development (“National ALD,” “NALD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website nationalald.com (the “Site”) and related services, including our Faculty Portal (powered by LearnStream by iLX Studios).

 

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Site.

1. Purpose of the Site

The Site provides information about our leadership development programs, recruitment of an international cadre of facilitators, and access to related resources. It also links to Amazon for the purchase of the book Priceless! and includes a Faculty Portal for certified faculty members.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site (including text, graphics, logos, images, video, and software) is the property of National ALD or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • You may view and download content for personal, noncommercial use only.

  • You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or otherwise use the content without prior written consent from National ALD.

 
4. Faculty Portal

  • The Faculty Portal is powered by LearnStream by iLX Studios. Your use of the Faculty Portal is subject to both these Terms and iLX Studios’ platform terms and policies.

  • Access to the Portal is limited to approved faculty members and candidates in the certification process. You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and not share them with others.

  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

 
5. Third-Party Links

  • Our Site may include links to third-party sites, including Amazon for book purchases and iLX Studios for Faculty Portal services.

  • We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites. Your use of those sites is subject to their own terms and policies.

 
6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site or Portal for any unlawful purpose.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, Portal, or related systems.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site.

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms and change the “Effective date” above. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
