Bio: Charlsie Baldwin is an innovation strategist, leadership development practitioner, operations leader, and Marine Corps veteran who helps organizations strengthen leadership, modernize operations, and prepare their people for an AI-accelerated future. As President of Innovation and Co-Founder of Twin Legacy Solutions, she partners with executives and leadership teams to integrate human leadership, intelligent systems, and automation in ways that improve performance without losing the trust, communication, and accountability that strong cultures require. Her work includes custom leadership development, AI-integrated leadership practices, organizational readiness, automation strategy, executive coaching, and team development. Charlsie brings more than 15 years of leadership and operations experience across military, corporate, and technology-driven environments. Before co-founding Twin Legacy Solutions, she led strategic sourcing operations for JLL across North America, managing more than $25 million in spend, driving process automation, supporting global standardization, and providing strategic insights to C-suite leaders. She also spent more than four years with Tesla in operations and supply chain leadership, where she managed regional performance, workforce development, new location launches, vendor relationships, and process improvement. Earlier, as a U.S. Marine Corps Officer, Charlsie led and developed teams in complex operational environments, including responsibility for leadership development, logistics, readiness, international coordination, and mission execution. Known for her disciplined, practical, and forward-thinking approach, Charlsie helps leaders align people, processes, technology, and strategy so organizations can adapt faster, operate smarter, and remain human-centered as work continues to evolve.
