Bio: Jessica Rapach is an AI strategist, operations leader, speaker, podcast host, and President of Operations and Co-Founder of Twin Legacy Solutions, where she serves as a strategic partner to executives and organizations. Twin Legacy helps leaders build and execute their strategic plans by finding where to streamline business processes, optimize operations, centralize functions, and implement AI automation where it creates real value. Her work blends human leadership, intelligent technology, and disciplined execution to improve performance and drive measurable growth, without adding unnecessary complexity or losing the human relationships that make organizations work. Jessica began her career as a U.S. Marine Corps Communications Officer, where she managed complex IT systems and communications infrastructure, including overseas in a combat zone, where reliability was mission-critical. She also served as an Executive and Operations Officer, leading large teams, managing complex operations and sensitive assets, and developing leaders. She designed multiple training programs that kept her Marines educated, prepared, and ready for any mission. She then joined Booz Allen Hamilton as an IT Project Manager, working on-site at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). There she partnered with senior agency executives to streamline business processes, centralize core functions, and design and build an award-winning, agency-wide IT system supporting more than 8,000 users. She also created training manuals for every level of the organization and personally trained agency staff around the world. In this role she led both government teams and software developers and applied data analysis to drive decisions. Today, Jessica works with CEOs and leadership teams to align people, processes, systems, and technology for sustainable growth. She is also the host of The FutureProof Leader Podcast, where she explores how AI, leadership, technology, and evolving business models are reshaping the future of work. Known for her optimistic, practical, and results-focused approach, Jessica helps leaders move from ideas to execution while ensuring technology amplifies great people rather than replaces them.
