Antoine Johnson

Bio: Antoine Johnson is an organizational development consultant, executive coach, facilitator, and Founder of Johnson TOD Group LLC and EmPowerMen, where he helps organizations develop emotionally intelligent leaders, strengthen teams, and improve performance through change. With more than 18 years of experience in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, talent development, and coaching, Antoine has advised and coached leaders across Fortune 500 companies, public sector organizations, manufacturing, logistics, technology, financial services, and nonprofit environments. Through his work with BetterUp, he has delivered more than 1,200 hours of executive coaching to high-potential leaders across organizations including Meta, IBM, Deloitte, Warner Media, the Federal Reserve Bank, and others. Earlier in his career, Antoine served as an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant with Boeing and Clorox, where he designed leadership development strategies, coached leaders at all levels, strengthened team effectiveness, and led enterprise learning and culture initiatives across large, complex organizations. He also served as Interim President of the NTL Institute of Applied Behavioral Sciences and previously worked as a coach, trainer, and speaker with The John Maxwell Company. Through EmPowerMen, Antoine brings a particular focus to helping men strengthen emotional intelligence, self-awareness, communication, and emotional mastery through experiential learning and coaching.
