Bio: Dusana Plechlo, DBA, MA, is a leadership development consultant, facilitator, and Founder of Avelora Institute, where she brings psychology, leadership, and business together to help develop exceptional leaders and strengthen organizations. With more than two decades of experience spanning psychology, organizational leadership, management, education, professional development, and multidisciplinary team leadership, Dusana helps leaders and organizations better understand the human and organizational dynamics that influence performance. Her work is grounded in the belief that leadership is a strategic business issue and that effective development begins by understanding the problem an organization is actually trying to solve.
