Edward Hammett

Bio: Edward Hammett is an ICF Master Certified Coach, executive coach, consultant, author, and Founder of Transforming Solutions, LLC, where he helps leaders and organizations navigate change, challenge limiting beliefs, strengthen culture, and create sustainable transformation from the inside out. With more than 7,000 hours of executive, organizational, and transition coaching experience, Edward has worked with senior leaders, attorneys, university administrators, government managers, nonprofit executives, and organizational teams across corporate, academic, and mission-driven environments. His coaching focuses on helping leaders raise awareness, move through uncertainty, strengthen decision-making, and align personal values with organizational goals. Edward has coached leaders from organizations including Coca-Cola, Oracle, Automation Anywhere, Furman University, and others, and previously served as Lead Coach for the Lilly Endowment-funded Sustaining Excellence Project, coaching 88 executives across the Southeastern United States. He is also the author of eight books focused on coaching, leadership, change, spiritual formation, and cultural transformation, including Coaching As Spiritual Practice: Deepening Faith While Deepening Impact and Making Shifts in Waves of Change: A Coach Approach to Soulful Leadership. Known for his deeply reflective, empathetic, and practical coaching style, Edward helps leaders navigate life and organizational transitions with greater clarity, courage, purpose, and confidence.
