Bio: Johanna S. Thomas, PhD, is a management consultant, organizational change strategist and leadership development expert who helps leaders and organizations translate strategy into meaningful behavioral and operational change. With more than 30 years of consulting and executive advisory experience, Johanna specializes in the people side of transformation, using behavioral science to strengthen leadership capability, improve team effectiveness, align organizations around strategic priorities and achieve measurable outcomes. As a Partner with Verity Partners, LLC, she advises organizations on Agile Behavior Change, executive and organizational change leadership, leadership capability development, strategic alignment and organizational performance. Her distinguished consulting career includes leadership roles with Navigant Consulting, Deloitte Consulting and Booz Allen Hamilton, where she worked extensively with healthcare and public sector organizations and led Deloitte’s Southeast and San Francisco Bay Area healthcare practices. Earlier in her career, she served as a Senior Research Scientist and Program Director at Georgia Tech Research Institute. Johanna is also a co creator of Agile Behavior Change, a methodology designed to connect critical workplace behaviors with desired strategic outcomes. Known for making complex challenges understandable and actionable, she helps executives and teams strengthen communication, build trust, navigate transformation and develop the capabilities needed to achieve and sustain results.
