Karen has held senior leadership roles with Hilton Grand Vacations, U.S. Bank, and State Farm. As a Director and Regional HR Business Partner, she advised senior leadership teams, led talent and succession initiatives, guided organizational design and change efforts, and coached leaders through complex business challenges across regional and enterprise environments. Her leadership philosophy is rooted in the belief that exceptional results are achieved when leaders create environments where people feel valued, supported, accountable, and connected to purpose.
