Bio: Maura Walden, Ed.D., PCC, is an executive coach, organizational development consultant, facilitator, and Owner of Leadership Development Strategies LLC, where she helps executives, leadership teams, and organizations strengthen leadership capacity, navigate change, improve team effectiveness, and achieve sustainable performance. With more than 25 years of experience in executive and C-suite development, leadership development, coaching, and organizational effectiveness, Maura brings both practitioner expertise and firsthand senior leadership experience to her work. She spent 25 years with Johns Hopkins Health System, most recently serving as Executive Director of Learning, Effectiveness & Performance, where she led initiatives designed to strengthen leadership capability, organizational performance, engagement, and culture.
